My hair is just a little past shoulder length, and I have some layers, but I really want to get my hair cut into more layers. My hair is REALLY thick (and blonde), and I don't want anything that requires a ton of work to make it look halfway decent. I want my first layer to start somewhere around the middle of my face, but not like bangs. PLEASE HELP!!! Ideas and pictures are great!!!!

simply go to google.com and type layered hairstyle for pictures. Yes layers are good. don't get to many in blond hair.
